The applicants are advised to follow the instructions noted hereunder while filling up the Application Forms Online:

1. In order to apply Online, the applicant will be required to select the day/evening section along with the course(s) he/she may wish to apply and check the eligibility. (Where is the eligibility page?) Once found eligible, he/she can fill up the rest of the BFA Online Admission Form. A candidate can apply for a maximum of 2 courses, including day and evening sections.
2. Then the applicant will be asked to provide a valid e-mail ID and other required details for mail validation. The applicant will receive an OTP on their email ID for mail validation.
3. Proper mail validation is required in the 1st stage. Provide a valid email ID because the initial login Username & Password (for individual application provided link, with login ID & Password) will be sent to the provided email ID via mail. All future correspondences regarding this may be made to this email ID.
4. After successfully completing the email validation, the applicant should fill up the registration form properly. Applicants must provide proper details along with applicant photo (20-60 KB), student signature (10-40 KB), and guardian signature (10-40 KB). Otherwise, the registration process will not be completed.
5. Before submitting the form, it is important to note that once it is submitted, the information already entered cannot be altered under any circumstances. Therefore, ensure the accuracy and relevance of the filled-up information before clicking the submit button.
6. After registration, the password will be sent to the registered email ID. Applicants who applied for two courses should log in to the provided link.
7. The Login ID is their AADHAR CARD NO., and the password is also mentioned in the provided email (sent after submitting your application form to your given valid email ID).
8. An applicant will be required to upload scanned copies of the following documents:
   • His/Her scanned Marksheet of Madhyamik (Class 10) or equivalent
   • His/Her scanned Marksheet of Uchha Madhyamik (Class 12) or equivalent
   • His/Her scanned Certificate of Caste/Tribe/Physical Handicapped/Economically backward section, if any
   • His/Her scanned Photograph and Signature
   • His/Her Guardian's Signature
   Therefore, he/she is advised to keep these ready before filling up the admission form.
9. After filling up all required information and submitting the form, the applicant must agree with the given declaration by clicking on the checkbox. It is important to note that once submitted, the information already entered cannot be altered. Therefore, be sure about the accuracy and relevance of the filled-up information before clicking the submit button.
10. After submission of the application, the applicant will be able to download or print out the filled-up 'Application Form' bearing the AIN (Application Identification Number) and his/her other information.
11. The automatically generated AIN (Application Identification Number) shall be treated as the unique identification number for an application during the admission process.

** Form erroneously downloaded and printed without automatically generated AIN (Application Identification Number) will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Important Notes:

• Ensure your internet connection is stable.
• Clear your browser's cache data from the last 7 days or 1 month before starting the admission form fill-up.
• If you encounter any issues, check your internet connection or try using a different browser.
• Ensure the provided email ID is valid for receiving all correspondence. Do not use someone else's email address for admission purposes.
• Double-check all entered information before submitting the application form.
• Keep necessary documents ready for upload (Passport Size Photo of the candidate, Candidate Signature, and Guardian Signature).
• The AIN is essential for the application process; without it, the admission form will not be accepted.
